Luxury safari tents

This offering includes design and production of unique safari tents, individual styling of the interiors, and management of the hospitality operations to support them.

Snake Creek Cattle Company - Catering & events

The Group has successfully operated a number of catering operations including the SCCC catering and events company. The Group has quality equipment including vehicle, trailers and mobile cool rooms available. The catering business is based on the integrated beef brand associated with the steakhouse concept and a gourmet burger operation with full liquor service facilities.

Wine Safari

A regional and outback tourism product solution, which delivers a purpose designed and built safari jeep experience with a local winery tour and lunch or dinner. Packaged for up to 8 people the tour fits with our safari tent and “tourism experience”.

Wine range & condiments

The Group has successfully developed and delivered a range of wines and condiments to support the steakhouse brands and operations. This range is currently available through our existing outlets and has the potential to become mainstream retail brands.

Hunter Hampers

The Network has recently developed the Hunter Hampers brand and plans to establish a pick-and-pack hamper business. The hampers are offered to guests and our existing corporate client base with a focus on quality rural Australian products packed to reflect the paddock-to-the-plate concept.

Arts & film projects

The Aust Network is currently involved in a number of projects including establishing a sculpture park, completing an indigenous film project and facilitating an international cultural exchange. The Group recognises the opportunity to maintain and enhance Australian rural heritage throughout our assets and provide opportunities to unlock talent throughout all of our projects.

Quad Bike Safari

Aust Network Quad Bike Safaris are designed to support our corporate training and tourism operations. These safaris allow our clients to access selected areas and experience the real Australian bush. The overnight quad safari includes a campfire dinner and personalised swags to ensure a great night in the billion star motel.

Big Sky jewellery range

Big Sky is a branded jewellery range based on Sapphires found on the Rubyvale and the Tomahawk Creek Gemfields in Central Queensland. Big Sky jewellery is sold from display cabinets at various Aust Network venues. Our objective is to continue to provide sales channels for high quality rural and outback arts and crafts into the tourism industry.

Themed event solutions

The Network is currently developing a themed mobile experience designed to bring the rural experience to the city, and major corporate and community events. The marquee features a steakhouse and entertainment offering that provides an authentic Australian experience including an insight into Australia’s rural heritage and a range of live entertainment including an outback interactive show.
