Our head office is located in this landmark hotel in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The hotel is currently undergoing a $5 million refit which will see the hotel positioned as our showcase operation.
Blaxlands Estate Hunter Valley, NSW
The Blaxlands Inn and vineyard is located on the golden mile in the NSW Hunter Valley. The operation supports the group’s passion for wine and tourism. The Group is currently developing a luxury safari tent operation on the site and a number of unique tourism experiences.
Lawson Park Hotel Mudgee, NSW
The Lawson Park Hotel is a country icon located in the Mudgee wine region. The hotel is currently undergoing a major refit and will continue to showcase our certified angus beef, catering and events offerings.
Sir John Young Hotel CBD, Sydney
The Sir John Young Hotel is located in the Sydney CBD and provides the Group with excellent access to our city-based client bank and provides excellent balance for the portfolio. The hotel will be developed and themed as a window to the Group’s wine and tourism operations.
Aust Rural Cattle Operations Southern Highlands/ Central Tablelands, NSW
We have a strong rural heritage and to support the emerging steakhouse operations we are continuing to expand our cattle operations in NSW. The Group is also developing a unique investment proposition allowing our steakhouse customers and staff to invest in livestock managed on the Group’s rural operations.
Orange Grove Hotel Balmain, Sydney
The Group has completed a successful turnaround on this once failing business. The future plan includes a substantial community garden project on the site to support the existing operations and establish a genuine point of difference for the operation.

We have been involved in the management and business development at the Stockman’s Hall of Fame for the past 8 years. This key partnership provides both organisations with key networks and allows the Group to maintain our social responsibility and fulfill our passion for the bush and Australian rural heritage and the arts.
